Land for sale on By-Pass is mostly commercial. But residential plots for sale in by-pass too are available particularly a row behind and in colonies flanking Patna ByPass on both sides. Prominent colonies near ByPass are RamKrishna Nagar, Nandlal Chapra etc. In fact the service lane with under-passes on both flanks of Patna ByPass has been constructed to serve people living in these colonies only.

Patna By-Pass too has lengthenend. Earlier By-Pass meant Beur Mor to Zero Mile but now it extends from Beur Mor to Toll Plaza before the four lane. As Patna-City expands areas like KarmaliChak are gaining promienence on extended By-Pass. Warehousing activities are moving beyond Zero-mile. Beur to Zero-Mile is now commercial markets and residential-cum commercial Apartments.

Warehousing is now shifting towards Toll Plaza and even beyond on Patna By-Pass. Even a number of small private hospitals and nursing homes have come up on Patna ByPass. It too is adorned with a number of car and two wheeler showrooms and need not state a number of petrol pumps and service centers.
