Dak Bungalow is a road in the heart of city. We include the area starting from Maurya Lok Complex, Bandar Bagicha, Dak bungalow chowk and from Dak bungalow chowk to Bhattacharya road till intersection of Exhibition road as well as Exhibition Road. Dak Bungalow chowk is 500 meters away from Patna railway station and 3 Kms from Patna airport. It is one of the most prominent commercial hub of Patna. Offices, showrooms, retail outlets, restaurants and other dining facilities mark this road in plenty. High raise commercial buildings adore it on both sides.


Some residential apartments too can be found on this road, mainly in the second row. The rentals are very high in Dak Bungalow road. Kankarbagh or Kankarbagh Colony is a neighborhood and residential area in Patna. Once touted as Asia's largest colony, is now one of the largest colonies of Asia and population wise it is Asia second largest colony. Residents have all kinds of facilities in this colony. Well developed drainage system, local markets where everything is easily available, medical facilities, 24x7 availability of doctors. Kankarbagh colony, or garden of kankar (stone chips) is spread in an area of around 900 acres. This colony is divided sector wise and there are parks for small children to play.
